These terms apply when you use the BMAS website, contact BMAS, buy digital resources, create a BMAS Library account, submit an application, or request services from Business Momentum Advisory Services Limited.

2. Information on the website

Website content, tools, calculators, quizzes, guides, templates, and downloads are provided for general business, HR, payroll, compliance, and educational use. They are not a substitute for tailored professional, legal, tax, accounting, or HR advice for your specific circumstances.

3. Digital resources and library access

Purchased resources are made available through your BMAS Library account after payment confirmation. You are responsible for using accurate account and payment details and keeping your login details secure.

4. Permitted use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BMAS resources are for your own internal personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, or commercially exploit BMAS resources without written permission.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Because digital resources may be accessed shortly after payment confirmation, refunds are not automatic once access has been provided. BMAS may consider refunds or replacements where there is a duplicate payment, failed access, incorrect charge, or other verified issue.

6. Recruitment applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, shortlisting, interview, or placement. BMAS may process applications for client vacancies or internal opportunities and may contact candidates where suitable.

7. User submissions

When you submit information through the website, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorised to do so.

8. Privacy

BMAS handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.
